Growing up in Europe, I was never really exposed to food from other cultures. After moving to Victoria in 1997, that quickly changed. Meetups for late-night ramen or pho, bubble tea, sushi, Vietnamese coffee and one of my favourite sweets, white rabbit candy, to name just a few.
With COVID having put a halt on most travel, we thought why not go on a food journey via ice cream. Starting with this collection, we have curated a series of ice creams based on a few of our favourite flavours from Asia.

Flavours included in this collection:
White Rabbit - This milky sweet candy got us through a lot of all-night study sessions at university. We unwrap every candy by hand and melt it into our base. The result is just as good as the candy, without having to worry about ripping out your fillings.
Black Sesame - One of our most requested flavours. We toast the seeds and blitz them with a bit of salt and toasted sesame oil into a jet black paste that we fold into our base. The result is a flavour so unique and nutty, you'll wonder why we hadn't done this sooner.
Vietnamese Coffee - Inspired by our trip to Vietnam, we knew we wanted to turn our favourite coffee drink into ice cream and it has been a fan favourite since day 1.
